I am not entirely sure which Office product I have - when I check it's "Microsoft Word for Mac" version 16.35 and License is Office 365 subscription. Not recognizing the document I want to take a screen clipping from, but I don't know why. I do notice that in the "available windows" under insert>screenshot, there is no label of "available windows" like it shows in the guide, and the document I click on directly before clicking on Word again is not in Available Windows.

I looked up the guide on how to do a screen clipping to see if anything had changed with this feature (no change to the directions that I can tell) and I'm following the correct steps, I just only get an image of the desktop no matter what I try.

I can't figure out how to fix it, and I need this feature! Of the desired screen clipping (I click on the window I want to copy from, then immediately to Word or PowerPoint, same as before). This used to be flawless and easy, but now when I try and use this feature, I am copying my desktop background instead

After updating Office a few weeks ago, I've noticed I can no longer use the "insert screen clipping" tool in either Word or PowerPoint.
